These Terms describe the rights and responsibilities for using our website and services.

1. Scope

Applicable to mobile app and game development, operation, and hosting services provided by Beijing Mingyue Xunda.

2. Project Outsourcing

Our model includes project composition planning, milestone delivery, source code ownership clauses, and maintenance agreements.

3. Business Cooperation Methods

  • Project Agency: We take full responsibility for operation and business execution under agreed KPIs.
  • Development Outsourcing: We provide dedicated development teams or fixed-scope project delivery.
  • Joint Operations: Co-investment and revenue-sharing models for mutually owned IP.
  • Consulting and Audits: Technical audits, compliance checks, and platform policy advisory services.

4. Development & Operation

We ensure the product aligns with Google Play / App Store standards, global IP rules, and monetization platform terms.

5. Self-developed Products

For proprietary IP, fee-sharing rules and intellectual property license terms are clearly defined per contract.

6. Legal Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes, parties agree to first pursue negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, disputes are handled by Beijing Arbitration Commission or competent court in Beijing, China, in accordance with PRC law.

7. Content Policy & Age Management

We enforce policy-adapted content guidelines and global age restrictions with secure consent flows.

8. Support

9. Limitation

We are not liable for losses caused by misuse of third-party stores or non-compliant data practices by partners.
